During your website building session, you and your Web Pro will work together to design the perfect website. By the end of the 3-hour session, you will have a brand new website that is mobile-friendly, SEO optimized, and ready to start driving sales to your business.

After we launch your new website, we'll give you access to our simple drag-and-drop website editor, allowing you to easily make edits to your website, create new pages, write blog posts, and more. In addition, your website comes with fast & reliable hosting, automated backups, website security, software updates, SSL Encryption, and monthly website stats.

Note: All website building sessions will be conducted via online video call. During the video call, your Web Pro will share their computer screen with you as the two of you build out your website in real-time.

How experienced are your Web Pros?

All of our Web Pros have a minimum of 5 years of experience designing and building websites. Our Web Pros have built hundreds of websites for small and medium sized businesses across the United States. In addition, our Web Pros regularly take classes to ensure they are up to date with the latest trends in web design and website conversion tactics.
What if I don't like my new website?

Hopefully you'll love your new website because you will have complete say over the design of it. Your assigned Web Pro is just there to build out the website and share their expertise with you.

With that said, if for any reason you're not satisfied with the finished product, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
I'm not very technically savvy. Will that be a problem?

Absolutely not! Your Web Pro is there to make your life easy. They'll be doing all the heavy lifting as we build out your website.

Then, once your website is live, we'll give you access to our simple drag-and-drop editor, allowing you to make edits without any technical skills.

Don't want to deal with the website editor? That's perfectly fine! You can hire a Web Pro at anytime to make edits to your website, add new pages, and more.
How big of a website can we build during the 3-hour session?

Typically, the 3-hour session will allow us to build a 5-10 page website. If we don't finish during the 3-hours, you can purchase additional time with a Web Pro.
What can I do to prepare for my website building session?

If you have an exisitng website, make sure you include the URL when you sign up for your website building session. You'll also want to make sure that you know your domain login credentials.

If you don't have an existing website, you may want to consider purchasing a domain name ahead of time and browse through our website templates to see if there are any designs that you like (note: we customize all of the templates, but this is a good place to start).
I've never done a video call. How does it work?

When you book your session, we'll email you a link to the video call. Just click the link on the day of your session and you'll enter into a video call with your Web Pro.

Your Web Pro will share their screen with you so you can watch as they build your website.

It's best if you have a web cam, but it is not required.
How much does website hosting cost?

Website hosting costs $49/month and billing will begin on the day that your website is launched. Our website hosting includes fast & reliable hosting, automated website backups, website security, software updates, SSL encryption, monthly website stats, and use of our drag-and-drop website editor.

What if I already pay for website hosting?

All of the websites built with our drag-and-drop editor must be hosted with Bootstrap Websites. Once your website is launched, you can cancel your old website hosting plan.
